Eat your weeds

Remember these? They were washed, blanched and peeled.  


Then pickled in white wine vinegar and honey with a sprig of rosemary.  They're so good I've already harvested another bunch to pickle. Next time, though, I might try a maple syrup and balsamic vinegar combination.
